Debian Core. Mepis was the first Linux distro to pass my Windows test. The test is simple: 10 minute installation, and my Realtor wife can sit down, find and use the browser, OpenOffice.org, and eMail, all the while thinking it’s just a fancy but very slick version of Windows.
