		<description>Heh.  I am actually trying to find some perl developers right now-- and the culture thing is absolutely the most important part of the hiring process.  Our engineering dept is 20 peeps right now, and we are on the cusp of 'going corporate', but not as long as I can hold  things off.

That's the trick, isn't it-- to keep the small team startup mojo while expanding to the level where you can actually move a lot of ones and zeros...
