This feature request has 62 votes, and has been around since Zimbra 3.0. The Zimbra Team has been working insanely hard to finish up and polish Zimbra 5.0, and we weren’t able to fit this request into 5.0. Luckily, a member of the Zimbra Community has come to the rescue.
Today, deugenin posted a note in our Zimbra forums. He said that he and Greg S. (Zimbra Employee) had collaborated to write a Zimbra Administrator’s extension for adding Domain-wide disclaimers.
This has been an feature that many members of our community have wanted for some time. It started out with a hack, with forum members posting their ideas on how to accomplish this. To be honest, it was quite daunting to do.
This admin extension makes it possible for Administrators of all levels to add Domain-wide signatures/disclaimers to their Zimbra install.
Deugenin has written a cool wiki article on how to set it up.
Although it is not an “officially supported” extension, I tried it, and it works great.
Props to all who helped make this extension become a reality!

Problem is, (unless I’ve missed something) “altermime” is actually quite old and buggy. We did have this set up previously with postfix until we found that it was corrupting a percentage of documents that were sent with attachments. The result being that destinations were apparently receiving totally blank emails.
It may only have been 1 email in 200, however that was enough for us to discount it as a serious option (!)

Well, first I would like to thanks for the great work!
But, I just running ZCS 5.0.5 and I noticed that Zimbra LDAP Schema has changed a lot since 5.0.2, so I give up to apply disclaimer admin extension.
Is it some planning in to support in the next updates?
